Returns
You can return your Flexi Clip within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If your Flexi Clip arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it at no additional cost. Just contact us at support@flexi-clip.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Since we offer free shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
